Small and medium sized concrete work has been our mainstay throughout these past thirty years. Anywhere that you drive throughout the entire Denver Metro area there are homes, strip malls, apartment communities, office buildings, city, county and state properties, educational and government facilities and more where you will find our work. Some of the projects are thirty years old; others have been done within the past three months.

Our outlook has been to maintain a small, tight knit, controllable, family managed environment, providing quality work at a fair price. Two generations of the Robbins family are active, providing services to Colorado property owners and managers.

Being a cement contractor is a business where, if someone wants to, they can “cut corners”. Poor workmanship will soon show itself, but it is difficult to tell at the time the work is done. To enjoy years of service, proper ground preparation prior to the pour is critical. Many contractors today fail to take the time and follow the procedures to prepare the ground. We do it right! We give professional attention to every step of the process from compacting the ground, to building the forms assuring proper concrete depth, accurate and proper layout, to the full pour, being attentive to completely filling the forms to the proper depth and density.

We believe that good client communication, timeliness and meeting expectations have also contributed to our longevity.

We do a great deal of what one might call traditional concrete work such as sidewalks and driveways. But we also have done a great deal of stamped and colored concrete.

Replacement Work: Replacement work includes demolition — the tear out and hauling away of what is being replaced. Our services include the taking away of what is being replaced followed by complete and proper replacement.  Replacement work includes: sidewalks, driveways, garage floors, basement floors, concrete patios, concrete slabs, concrete RV slabs, concrete steps and concrete pad replacement.

Repair & Partial Replacement: Many concrete contractors are not interested in repair work and consequently are prone to recommending replacement. This is great for their bottom line, but often the expense is unnecessary because only a portion of the concrete is damaged, raised or sunken. When it is cost effective for our client, we will recommend repair or partial replacement. We feel good about having saved clients thousands of dollars over the years by repairing and doing partial replacement on the types of work mentioned above: repair and partial replacement of sidewalks, driveways, garage floors, basement floors, concrete patios, concrete slabs, concrete RV slabs, concrete steps and concrete pads.
